This raw version of granola, or “rawnola”, is a great substitute for your typical granola or breakfast cereal. It’s fast, simple, and super healthy. Sweetened only with dates, its refined sugar-free and packed with fiber, good fat, and protein. Keep a jar in the fridge and enjoy as cereal, in a smoothie bowl, or sprinkled on top of a big bowl of nice cream.

Almond Butter Rawnola

A raw “granola” that only requires 5 healthy ingredients. Perfect for breakfast when you’re craving cereal but want something healthier & more satisfying.

  • 1 C oats
  • 12 medjool dates ((if dry, then soaked for an hour))
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 C unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 1 TB almond butter
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and whiz until everything begins to break down and get sticky. Don’t over-process. Store in a jar in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy as cereal with your favorite plant milk or use it as a topping for a dessert.
